Evening Ryann. As a new player to the game i like the look of Pan O, especially Military Orders. Would you recommend the action pack which were the contents of Operation Kaldstrom and expand to the full Military Orders set later after a few games plus the Treneterians and Teutonics?

I think thats a tricky question to answer. The operation kaldstrom/Pano action pack doesnt suit MO at all without heavy proxying. If your fine with that sure there can be good proxies in there and then move on to more MO stuff. However if you don' want to proxy then id try to grab the MO action pack, trinitarians and tuetonics eventually. The bots too. I have a whole video on my channel running down MO purchases. Other than that you could get the pano action pack and play svalharmia for vanilla.

@@pkranger1997 apologies I should have made the question a it more clear. Using the Kaldstrom based action pack, is that good way to start in Pan O? Before I collect MO which would be the idea when I know a lot more about the game. I figured the MO action pack plus like you say the Trenetarians and Teutonic Knights and probably the Knight of Montessa. If I recall correctly the action pack includes all the miniatures from the initial Kaldstrom starter set and the Beyond set.

I mean yeah the kaldstrom pack Is a good way to play pano. Just if your end goal is to play mo you can just jump in with mo but if you want yo go via vanilla or swf then it's a good start

Nice run down of the games. Great job Yeah Ryuken HRL minelayers are rough in non MSV2/smoke lists. Tohaa are difficult to stop when they can just ignore you.

Thanks. When I rerun games in my head I can see how to maybe win against jsa but the tohaa game even if I stopped one or two bits Idk if I could have won

@@pkranger1997 yeah Tohaa when they can eclipse and take the boxes and hide in their fortress is rough. Getting your TAG stuck with a makaal is tough too. And unless you have rems/ stealth or some ability to slowly pick apart taqeul/makal/diplomat circles. yeah its rough. I play Spiral and have no local Tohaa, so I have no match experience in n4.

Base 13s +6 for sensor but only against camo + 3 for pure hair or larger fireteam

Good video even though I think PanO needs another sectoral like a hole in the head lol. I think the next sectoral for an existing faction will be Haqqislam because CB has had one lined up for them for a long time. They also seem to feel each Faction should have about 3 active sectorals, and they are at 2. After that, I think ISS will be retired for a new Yu Jing. Though I’d really like them to just revitalize ISS. It will be a long time before we see another O12, and I have no clue what could make up a Aleph sectoral to give them 3.

Pano could do with rotating it's sectorials if anything. Although to be honest i think YJ is next its not had the n4 update, not really got a stealth update like starmada or TJC. Aleph and haqq might get something but they both got something with black wind so they might be off for a bit. I always look forward to more

@@pkranger1997 I want YJ to be next but they have seemed to be last thought by CB most of the time. They of course got the Daebak troops but other than that, YJ has been near the bottom of new figure releases for years. I have actually kept track of new releases since 2020. Only one worse is Haqqislam. You might think that means they are due then, but I don't think so. Haqq only got 23 figures from 2020-2023. YJ got 37. Haqq is way more due.

My only counter to that is that haqq is just at the tail end of a release cycle with blackwind, and that could lead to haqq fatigue. Either way im sure it will be welcome

@@pkranger1997 Understandable. But when you have had so few releases, is there really fatigue? Remember Blackwind came out at the end of 2022. In all of 2022 Haqq only got 12 new figures and 7 in 2023. Nomads got 43 FYI. So I don't buy fatigue. Edit: They are at least at 10 new figures this year but most of those are from REF.

Huh, NCA + MO... I really nice mix overall. HOWEVER as you going over the elite shooters @12:45 . CB really just needs to make all Black Friar profile able to join fireteams. it is the only Sectorial without a Linkable MSV Multi Sniper

you when a bit of a different route then me, my rem fraction is the opposite a rouge AI that is liberating and setting rems free. my idea was to have alot of rems but all profiles lose courage and some gain religious as they are now afraid for their own lifes and some are religious as they belive in the cause!

Doesn't OSS already kind of cover this base? You can already build a 15 order list with nothing but REMS if you wanted.

In some ways, yeah, it kinda does now reinforcements are part of the main game. This was mostly a push to fit other rems and rem like stuff in one faction, such as beta troopers and the seraph. Right now it's impossible to make a all rem simply as rems cannot be your lt
