@Careful Icarus I saw Madness during 2nd Law tour, and I have to take off my hat to anybody who made the lightning show for that one song, because she keyed it to bass notes during chorus etc. that it was absolutely part of that song as a whole experience and the song is not complete anytime I hear it now. That wouldn't be possible during daylight. I just wonder how much of light show part I missed just because it was not visible...

Dude, I was there too and couldn't figure out why everyone was bailing.. I looked at their setlists from other shows though, they played it all. I think when they dropped into the floor after Starlight, that was the "end", then came back out with Algorithm (which they opened with in short version) to open the encore.

It was strange, but I am with Noah, I think they just ran straight into the encore without the need for 5 minutes of screaming, which in my opinion was much better. No complaining about a 2 hour set :)
