Obviously, this video footage was captured sometime around Christmas. 😊 _Thanks for the detailed instructions! Your video absolutely saved me LOTS of time. It was easy & it seems to work just fine._ _I just wonder how long it will last? I bet it fails after a couple of years... but hopefully we'll be luckier than that._ 😮 BTW, I bought the same exact booster (same model #: ANT-208) from TEMU. It was about (U.S.) $7. I have the exact same issue and have had it for 2 years. At first it worried me but now i just accept it as a part of life. Weirdly its very inconsistent, sometimes it barely hunts at all, just shakes more than it should, other times ive had it dip so low into the revs i worried it would stall. Mostly the former thankfully. Ive no idea whats causing it, ive never had an error code or light which leads me to believe its a sensor issue rather than a mechanical one. If i drive the car even for a couple minutes down the road, turn it off and on, the problem is gone and it idles perfectly smoothly.

where ios the water pump on that engine? i have looked at loads of videos as my water pump is leaking....not one person points it outside.....doing it from upside down with a shaky phone does not help anybody........every mini mechanic goes to the rear of the engine.....my leak is pissing out from the front buy the pulleys??

The water pump is below the alternator has a big pully wheel attached to it

Like a manual pump to bring fuel from the tank to the fuel filter, it's part of the fuel feed system

This only works for FM and will block all AM channels so its no good if u want AM channels. The guys on ebay I bought it from lied to me about this..

Hallo my friend I have same german plastic bmw and same problem lazy idle etc. well 1- clean maf sensor whith only "maf sensor cleaner" 2 times 2 -change all 4 ignition coils and lgnition plugs at time sure be same all 4 3-change air filter 4- after 2-3 days clean maf sensor again This is solve my lazy idle problem whith minimum costs, whish you luck 🎉

2:25 On that particular supplied harness there is a wire labelled 'Auto Ant' and/or 'Amp' on the harness ...I believe that'll give you your switched live as well...nice upload tho

No I just carried on driving it with it like it ....it still passed its MOT last month so it can't be causing any issues with the emissions

if your getting from Euro parts or car store they should be able to assist you if you call them . But if your buying from ebay id message the seller to ask there advise if its the correct one for your vehicle if there a legitimate seller they would be able to tell you . otherwise if there car or van isn't be used remove the existing one to get the part number off it this will help you find the correct one .

Looking like you have a active antenna, the tube looking thing on your antenna cable is a bias tee, used to feed 12 Volt to your antenna, important that the cable on that thing is connected to 12 volt

hello, i've done a fuel pressure sensor replacement exactly like in this video. now my car won't start. i disassembled and reassembled the EGR and pressure sensor with care and i think they are correctly back in place. i noticed the old sensor has a washer at the far end but the new one i replaced it with doesn't. this new sensor seems to be the same as the one you bought in the video. any idea why?

update: the pressure sensor i bought was faulty. after checking with ODB2 device the sensor was reading a pressure too high for regular operation so i guess ECU just stopped the engine from running. i put the old sensor back after cleaning it and it seems to be working correctly. so in case anyone is planning on doing this try cleaning it first. i used standard electronic cleaner spray. i guess i managed to get the EGR cleaned after all this debacle

I didn't hear the symptoms but i can share what they are. If your fan is running but temp fluctuates, like temperature goes up at a stop and then cools once you start driving again, then it's most likely the thermostat. Old thermostats (especially in old cars) corrode and will "stick" in certain positions. If you're overheating then it's getting stuck either partially closed or completely closed and will prevent hot coolant/water from engine to circulate through radiator. Reving the RPMs up will spin the water pump faster forcing the flow of water through a partially closed thermostat allowing it to cool down. That's why it may cool back down once you resume driving. If you live in a hot place then you can simply just remove the thermostat and allow it to always be open. It may affect fuel efficiency slightly but it's better than overheating!

If you only need to change the Pressure sensor on a C3, remove the battery and battery tray, then just use a 27mm deep socket to change sensor. Saves a lot of work.

I have P0087 after changing fuel filter. When going over 2500 rpm i get the foult and limp mode, after restarting code is gone until i rev up again. Can the new filter be defective???

Did you get to the cause of the rough idle? I have similar and suspect the breather valve which is part of the rocker cover, so may need to replace it.

Hi mate, I've got a 2009 ford focus 1.6 tdci exact same engine etc. I replaced the sensor too, does the sensor have to be flush? Does it have to screw all the way In?

So ok i have just had this code p1351 come up with the dashboard looking like disco light flashing on & off with lost mileage ect ect ect, it turned out the be the wiring loom on the ABS pump but also could be the ECU loom as well because both looms are connected, i have not look to find what's causing the issue as yet, but if i keep the loom up in the air it stops the fault so just zip tied the loom up for now,,,cleared all codes an everything fine now!!!! Hope this may help some folk out there!

Hi , i have a peugeot partner with same engine with this car . Sometimes it doesnt idle well , it waves and if u listen carefully engine gives a bit more gas to keep it idle . And it acts like if its stall but it doesnt . It not always happen but does it sometimes . You need a trim tool, there's loads on eBay and Amazon. If you don't want to spend any money, maybe try an old bank card or something similar, to slot in the gap and twist it but if you fix cars often, the trim tools are totally worth it!

@@diyandmetaldetecting Hi there. I'm still chasing a rough idle on cold start, plus occasionally much worse idle / almost stalling when restarting a hot engine. I've changed all plugs, coils and cleaned the throttle body butterfly valve. Will look next at cleaning the MAF. Also, do you know how to remove / clean the EGR valve on this N43 engine? Did you do this and was it a solution to your rough idle? Thanks.
