Did you just use the supplied rubber gasket with the drain tube? I’m installing mine now and noticed that it doesn’t have the typical drain fastening system

Thanks for this video! This happened to my Dad on our farm when I was 15. I vaguely remember him sticking the handle of a large adjustable wrench down thru the fill cap and fixing it. That was 58 years ago. I still own that tractor and use it on my 5 acres to clear brush, clean up downed trees, move snow and mow paths thru our prairie. I've always hoped this wouldn't happen to me, wondering if I'd remember how to fix it. Yesterday, it did. I even still own the adjustable wrench from my Dad. I couldn't quite get it though. I bought a $15 pry bar just like your video and it fixed it in one easy nudge to the left. Thanks very much for making a great video. I especially appreciate getting the lighting right on the gears so you can see what goes on!

Your brakes are Not wet brakes ! The MF-35 always used drum brakes, 'Wet brakes are like a, cluch drive plate, to look at which runs in oil inside the back axle, they were fitted to the MF-65 range and most of the latter modles. P/S, do you know that this engine was used in the old, flying Standard car from the UK? Also, you could run it on H20, by using a fuel-cell next to the carburettor? To save money, use vegetable oil in the air filter boul, as engine oil has got expecive.

I saw this trick and did it the other day on my X350 with a fuse for the connection instead of the jumper wire, both work great. About 2 minute fix.

I recently bought two of these from Amazon. Some became available for’only’ $50 each. They were returned because they would not dispense lather no matter how hard I push down on the cap.

They made it plastic as a safety device. When someone or something gets in the way it fails instead of crushing them.

That makes a lot of senses. I haven’t thought about the slide hurting someone. Yeah hopefully the plastic teeth will give before someone’s bones. Thanks for the feedback.

The Weasel works great. Get the blades dead-center on the weed and turn clockwise slowly so it gets a good grip and the weed starts spinning. Spin it a few times and slowly pull up so you get a good bite. Sometimes it won't catch the root so you can pull it up with your hands carefully twisting and pulling up at the same time. A word of caution for the Weasel is to be sure to wear gloves because you *will* pinch the web of your hand if you slowly depress the plunger. If you don't want to use gloves then just give the plunger a hard smack with the bottom of your palm keeping your fingers out of the way.

I almost bought a Colman or the Raka from TSC but opted to spend the extra amount of money for an ICON , It’s an American made cart with excellent customer support. It did however cost a little under double the Colman.
@James-dtexTexasАй бұрын
I believe if you do some research, you’ll find that the cart is made by Kandi cart in China to Colman Power Sport specifications. Hopefully you don’t need any major component parts because Coleman is difficult to deal with when it comes to getting replacement parts.

I have a cub cade but probably all are similar. Haven't looked at mine yet. But several other folks have suggested ways. Seems like other quick fixes involve inding the switch that tells the mower it's in reverse and either moving it so it's not depressed or disconnecting its wires or putting a loop like this.
