You know what's awesome? The shirt Jacob Bannon is wearing...A very small and short lived band called Embrace. Embrace has a song called building and CONVERGE's song For You off of Petitioning The Empty Sky you can hear the similarities in the sharp high notes in Building by Embrace and For You by CONVERGE. Awesome how we can see bands like Embrace eventually influence such a POWERFUL band like CONVERGE. I just got into CONVERGE this past year and would LOVE to see them live. Please Converge play in Austin again...

That was beautiful! Obviously Pixies were a big influence on Nirvana and oddly enough fit in perfectly here. I was just having trouble discerning whether that was even Kelley and Josephine on stage at first. Kelley looks so tiny now.
