My special needs son really likes the Nashville & Eastern Railroad and hopes to see 👀 Nashville, Chattanooga, and St Louis #576 operate excursions on it real soon or sooner than soon.

My son is special needs and he loves trains 🚆🛤🚊🚂🚃🚄🚅🚇🚋🚞🚝🚉🚈 they're one of his favorite things in the whole world 🌎! He says that the f unit at 19:17 parked near the GP9 is former Canadian National F7 #9177 he remembers seeing it in 2 Greg Scholl Video Productions videos called Snow Plow with CN F7's and Plow Extras he is glad to see it again he wondered where it had gotten to and hopes it will be restored to operation real soon or sooner than soon as well as the caboose and the other f unit parked behind it and the yellow snow plow parked behind the other GP9. He also thinks that Shenandoah Valley Railroad should use cabooses on their trains.

I don't really know where else to ask this, so I'll ask here, since you know a decent amount about TN rail operations. I plan on working at the CSX yards in Nashville, and was wondering how far a train crew will actually go from there. I know Chattanooga, Memphis for instance, but do they go all the way to Knoxville and Louisville on one crew? I'm a trucker currently, and want a change of scenery. (and to actually, as opposed to theoretically, make 100k)

7714 didn't even give you a toot salute!!! How rude, NJ should take care of their own trash. Like this fracking brine water. If it goes in a containment well that well should be on the property owners land. They are making all the money from it. We don't want it in Ohio!!!

Those trains fly through Pittsburgh. They heavily fence off the areas in the city but those things blast thru.

I was in Selma on July 20, 2024 for the Union Station's centennial. On that date, the Mayor and town staff buried a time capsule there, scheduled to be opened in the year 2124.

Not hard to understand 11k views in 1 year. Never underestimate the sensitivity of others. 4 minutes of that smoke alarm and I’m leaving. Beautiful camera work. Good luck. Don’t stand near a crossing bell either. At least the alarm didn’t follow you to Horseshoe Curve! Your work is great. Subscribed. See you again! ➡️

I use to frequent Selma alot several years ago until the railfan hobby got boring for me. Went back there last year. Not going back. Too many foamers now. Not trying to say its a bad area or anything, but I can only deal with so many foamers.😅

Why did you eat lunch at Chik-Filet when you could have had Carolina Style BBQ or eaten at a nice Mom & Pop Diner, don't they have Chik-Filet's in Nashville, TN.? 🤔

I'm sick to death of seeing Orange everything out here on the West Coast. If it isn't the tragedy that is BNSF it's Gennesee and Wyoming. Orange and more orange. I'd gladly enjoy the red and silver of RJC locomotives. Excellent video!

CSX didn't just use GP30's and GP35's for their RDMT rebuild program. They also used GP38's, several of their rare GP39's (they only had 20 on the roster, all ex-C&O/Chessie), and some GP40's. 2379 was originally a GP40.

Thank you for posting my town Smithfield-Selma, NC and the history of train, My home is less than 1/2 mile from North/South CSX line on South Side of Smithfield. Even though Four Oaks, NC is a "No Horn" Zone, I hear the trains as they approach Four Oaks from the South, and just a soon as they fly by Four Oaks they blare those beautiful loud horns many times giving Horn Salutes and playing " A Shave and Haircut" on the horns as they approach my home. I love the rail history of our area and trains who come through daily about 20 to 35 trains per day with more on Weekends. And now because you posted this awesome video Rail Tennessee, I can share it with my railfans of Southern Ohio such as Jaw Tooth, 1960Gambit and Buckeye Freight Railin. Thanks again, for an excellent video and coming to our area.

Did you miss the big mill complex SE of the crossing? It has hundreds of cars, multiple spot areas, several rail car movers and, believe it or not, a 90 degree crossing INSIDE a feed mill! All visible from a public road.
