Hey so ours just started acting up. That little light cam on and nothing turned or worked. We jiggled the door and pushed it in a little hard and it started working. We had also moved it so idk if it just wasn't level or the door was not aligned right but give it a try.

How did the hubby like it? Sooo I have a question lol is there a special way ur supposed to do these? It says 1 step and im use to just putting in my pods and hitting brew and bam done but I got these to try and I feel like I didn’t do something right I put it in like normal but then when I hit brew it shut my kurig machine off so I opened the lid to my kerig and liquid started coming out before I hit the button again but not much so I hit the button and it brewed but I don’t feel it tastes right haha

I bought that exact same microwave but mine was retro red. It worked great for about 18 months then one day, in less than one minute , it totally burnt small spot in a chocolate chip cookie I was warming up. Totally fried this one tiny spot so bad that it smoked out my entire downstairs. I knew something was wrong and just threw it out.
