13:35 Why would Cory agree so enthusiastically if he *doesn't know who Walter White is*?!

Nowadays, I always place one hand close to the edge of my bed. If I get paralyzed, I can slowly crawl my hand over using my fingers, and my arm falling off the bed can jolt me awake

Never do LSD or shrooms, it only makes you feel like you know the secrets of the universe because it shows you things without your normal filters. Most people will end up becoming either a really annoying know-it-all hippie or a schizophrenic freak. If you need to have good time just smoke some weed or have a few beers. Ecstasy is really fun but you can’t take it too much or you will burn out your dopamine receptors and serotonin uptake. T. Druggy

Knowing Zach Handel even had a conversation with the SHAD!!!! On this podcast or if he’s friends with him I’m never watching SF in my life and I think everyone else should absolutely

The thing that scared me the absolute most as a kid was when the power went out late at night, when i was sitting out in the living room. When it went off it felt like i was transported to some evil version of our universe for some reason, i was walking around really slowly in the dark trying not to make a noise because i thought if i did some evil ass demon or something would leap out and kill me. Anyway, as i approached my parent’s room the power came back on and everything went back to normal, as if nothing happened. It was so damn scary for some reason, i thought i was genuinely done for at the time for some reason.

I love how Cory is describing something that is an actual phenomenon, but explains it so badly everyone thinks he's fucking with them.

Makes me so happy to hear that Zach likes German. Feels like any time you see someone pretend to know what German sounds like, they spew random noises in a shriveled voice like the fucking pigs from Shrek. Real German is one of the hardest fucking sounding languages in existence.

These podcasts age like a fine wine. Here we see Corey literally planting the seed in the mind of that one guy who yelled at the autistic guy at the Magfest panel. Also, I love that Corey says what he says about autistic dudes, yet he's literally a guy who makes his friend buy him Sonic toys at fucking McDonalds. He's a hypocrite who's halfway conscious of being a hypocrite and it's fucking hilarious.

architects are actually real superstitious. like they apparently have some sort of ritual to superimpose the sense of responsibility of the weight of lives for people. I forget what it is. I think it involves some sort of coin? sort of like the hypocratic oath

I wouldn't worry about getting too comfortable. 2020 has proven that. And brains isn't always better than brawn. Cybernetics is a false messiah though. its too expensive and difficult to maintain, as well as gives up your freedom. Bio engineering is the way to go. But the future does exist as time is circular. we can't see it though.

oh we're definitely gonna live. for better or worse humans endure. but I love the fact checking added about the New World as if anybody would take this seriously. This certainly had the danger of being super depressing though. Good thing the unpredictability of life blew it out of the water.

naw there are definitely people into death fetishes who don't want to die. Its hard to explain from an outside view, but there's something viscerally appealing about in a weird sense of intimacy. Apparently its the same thing with some serial killers, they might not be wanting death as the end result, they want to be extremely intimate with somebody to the point where it causes physical harm (like wanting to put their hand literally in their guts). I guess its sorta like people who want to be eaten: they probably don't wanna die but unfortunately due to the limitations of the human body the process will probably kill them. ...not that I would know anything about those.

I feel really sad for cory's father actually. Like I can see how his logic works. He's too nervous or awkward to be able to try and talk with his son, but he still wants to connect with him, so he thinks that giving material possessions like RPG affinity logic. And being a dad thinking his kid wanted adventure he got him a big tire cause it was cool, or a metal detector. Man. That's tragic.

heck is definitely not fun. its either cold as shit or too warm, and there are constant windstorms or having to climb over eachother. although just sitting around on clouds and chilling doesn't seem to be all that fun either. although I can't say for sure what bliss would be like forever. but in a battle heaven would just vaporize anything with laser beams or whatever.
