Hello I have a 2020 NX300 model and the rear trunk/door hatch opens in a very weird way - when I use the remote it will open about 10-15% of the way and stop. I press the trunk button again and it will do the same thing until its completely open. When closing it will close 30% of the way, do a double beep and the trunk opens back up the whole way. The same thing happens when I use the interior trunk closing controls. Eventually it will close partially and does not lift again, so I have to incrementally close it bit by bit. This is driving me insane, please tell 🤯🤯🤯🤯😵😵😵😵😵😵😵

So we buy a top dollar Lexus GS 350 AWD with all extras just to have all security and remote features and they don't support it few years later? WTH? And your despicable dealership thought that we are going to buy another Lexus? Get the hell out! At this point in the situation Lexus created you can buy my Lexus at the price that I bought it at. Lexus as well as other car makers knew years in advance the mobile providers were moving away from 3g yet Lexus still put old ass modems in the cars anyway. They didn't even provide a conversion kit under warranty....and this ad is missing leading. Trying you to buy a new lexus instead....NOPE
