Almonds are very high in oxalates and will cause gut dysbious. All bad advice here.

Which one causes hypertension, intolerance or sensitivities?
@RitaMustafaRNCP7 жыл бұрын
not sure of your question. Hypertension can be caused by any food that you are sensitive too as can deficiency of magnesium and/or potassium. Sensitivities are most often digestive related meaning something has altered the health of the gut causing multiple sensitivities. Intolerances on the other hand usually refers to foods that you are lacking specific enzymes for such as lactose....hope this helps

Nice Video clip! Forgive me for chiming in, I would appreciate your initial thoughts. Have you considered - Mackorny Defeat IBS Blueprint (should be on google have a look)? It is a good exclusive product for Curing IBS Symptoms Immediately without the normal expense. I've heard some extraordinary things about it and my cousin at very last got astronomical results with it.

Is it possible to have both an igg food sensitivity and food intolerance together at the same time? I tested positive for leaky gut, so I'm trying figure out if I have both.
@RitaMustafaRNCP7 жыл бұрын
Yes, food sensitivities can be different from intolerances. The main difference is that one causes an immune reaction while the other doesn't. Leaky gut on the other hand has more to do with the health of the gut. Once you correct the gut imbalance you will become less sensitive and/or intolerant to foods. Hope this helps.

Great show, however Agave is no longer the recommended sweetener. It's been shown to raise blood sugar higher than standard sugar. Honey is the winner as of now.
@biancapierce6398 жыл бұрын
Neither Agave or Honey are good for IBS. You need to check the low FODMAP diet that is the current leading scientific diet for IBS. Figs are also bad.
@RitaMustafaRNCP8 жыл бұрын
Thanks for your comment. Yes, FODMAP diet may be helpful for those with IBS. I still believe it is necessary to address the underlying causes (bacteria, parasites, fungus etc) and heal the gut so that these foods will no longer trigger IBS symptoms.
