I'm at this exact point in PotC. I've spent hours getting to this final point, and...I'm gonna have to go through it all again??? F that. Guess I'm not playing this game again until bugthesda gets their asses in gear and submits a patch. If there's one thing I hate, Hate, HATE...is wasting time. Not gonna do all that again just to find it bugs out...AGAIN. Nope.

Alright...I was able to complete the quest without too much additional trouble. Here's what I did. I have the Chinese stealth armor, which is indispensable for how I play the game (stealth, sneak, snipe). Once I logged back out of the server after getting stuck installing the Omega serum, then logged back in, the quest stage to clear the Lost from Vat Control Storage was re-enabled...but all the monsters had re-spawned throughout the quest. I had an idea...I crouched, thereby engaging the Chinese stealth armor, and simply slowly sneaked past all the monsters that had re-spawned. Some knew I was there, but couldn't locate me. I still had all the keycards and was able to take shortcuts back to Vat Control Storage. Only one Lost had re-spawned in this room again (of the original three - the one with the laser pistol), so after dispensing with that one I was able to again interact with the machine and install Serum Omega. The rest of the quest completed normally, and now I'm on Double Crossed Wires through Oberlin. Whew. Thanks bugthesda.

There can never be too much good quality weapon mods. I mean we are gonna need some FIERCE firepower if we think about stepping into Northern Springs, Forest Village or some other adventure with equally severe hostility against us. AK-74 is gonna be a welcome addition to my arsenal. I would appreciate if there were different versions such as levelled lists and non-levelled lists, 4k, 2k and 1k and maybe lower. I also suggest bench options to add damage percentage as game and players levels progress as well as ability to add legendary effects. Ability to switch calibers would be wonderful too.

I know I'm late to the party but I had the same problem that's how I found this video, I do have fallout first, had to do it on a private server. Found out some other people have the same issue and if you don't have or can afford fallout first ask on discord have a friend make you a private world, do the quest alone.

How hard is it to make a object interact-able? This should be basic video games 101 and I have to restart these shitty missions all the time and redo the whole damn boring missions just because they screw up. They should have a support ingame for buggy missions like almost every other mmo has had where they can just fix it for you.

I got disconnected from the server while I was mixing the serum and its glitches to where I have to clear the lost from the area but the lost don't spawn no matter what.

same happened to me except I logged out mid mission and went to bed. now its stuck on clear the lost. plant isnt lootable and I have no option to reset the quest. GG bethesda.
