Dana is a Legend, and the UFC is beyond a great company.

To get payed 70 to 80 % revenue, then every fighter must take a stand together at the same time, only then will they get higher pay, but they 'all' have to be together and make dana change the pay structure.

They need a dedicated social media team plus they need to be trained in public speaking. And I’d say that’s a 50/50 split with training. That’s how important that is.

UFC fighters should fight for their pay. But they also have the title of UFC fighters, they have to utilize that to use it as leverage to grown their brand and be entrepreneurs themselves.

This documentary missed on thing. The gyms that train the fighters, that send a team to be a corner, the managers, they get paid also, by the fighter out of the winning or losing pay. I think this documentary was really well balanced and did a good job discussing gross pay, but before taxes and cuts to manager and gym, the average guy might not have a lot of money.

If you have to train 30 hours a week and then fight events take all day not to mention all publicity events, many fighters work more then 30 hours a week

Dana white does false charity in order to look like a good guy, but the reality is that he makes all his money by exploiting fighters. This way he gets to keep the largest portion of profits and pump everybody out, and like a slave master, let the slave have a day off, and do some charity to be the good guy. A slave master is never the good guy. Dana white exploits the fighters. He can never be the good guy.
