@@cpkdude Can’t blame them. This was an Incubus show and Band-Maid was the opener. About 90% of the fans were there for Incubus. Many were foreigners and have not even heard of Band-Maid before. And, yes, sadly, there are also Japanese locals that have never heard of Band-Maid. Most of the Band-Maid fans (me included) in attendance were either around my row, behind me, or in the balconies. But this should at least give the maids more exposure outside of the fanbase. I’ve heard some Incubus fans did enjoy the maids. So it’s a start. Can’t force a band on anyone. Just give them a chance to listen and they can decide for themselves. Hopefully they can become fans one day. ✌️&❤️

they were amazing! i had only heard one of their songs that i looked up after they were announced for the convention, but after that song i knew i had to go see them. i was extremely impressed, they are very talented and have great stage presence! one of the highlights of the weekend for sure. i'm a girl and i've been playing punk music in bands all my life so seeing them own the stage so hard as other rock girlies made my heart happy. they were in the dealer's hall the day after while i was buying snacks, one of them came up next to me and i was just internally like 'oh hi ope ok fellow person' so i moved aside and was like "YOOOOOOO YOU GOTTA GET THIS ONE HERE ITS SO GOOD, this other one here with the orange label is also amazing, if you want to try it first i still have some and theyre all individually wrapped in the bag here take one!!" not recognizing and then turned around and its the whole band and security guards in a circle around me and them and stalker ass 'fans' following them around outside the security circle and im like UH HI OK YEAH ANYWAY THAT IS THE BEST SNACKS HERE I'LL LEAVE NOW SRY YOU ROCK BYE ENJOY SNACKS but they were very friendly and nice

@@Slugoon that’s an awesome story. Glad you got to meet them in person. Yes, these girls rock. I love that they legit play their own instruments and back it up too. They are genuinely nice and appreciate their fans. If you’re able to, they have an upcoming Australia tour in September and a Euro tour next year. Keep rock’n! 🤘🎸🤘

@@g33man64 yes! unintended meeting but they were very sweet and once i realized they were the group i had seen the night before, i complimented their performance and then quickly left the area so they could do their browsing and shopping in peace. i live in USA so i can't follow the upcoming tours, but it was great to get to see them!

I am so FKN jealous u got to see Hanabie (at all) at Ace of Spades. I lived in Sac for 30 years so I'm quite familiar. Don't live in Cali anymore. One day hope to see this band. Thanks for the vid!

Is Yukina's 24 referring to her age? She has an earlier birthday than the other classmates, so she should be 25 now. I first heard of Hanabie when they were 20 years old, and I thought they were a young band that was going to gain a lot of momentum in the future, but it I can't believe I'm already at that age.

Sorry, not sure what that number means. It could be her favorite number or it could be referencing Kobe’s Number (although not the same team jersey) but showing respect for Kobe. But don’t take my word for it. Regardless, Yukina looked adorable wearing it.🥰🔥🤘

19:20 this was so hype because they hadn’t been playing Reiwa in their setlist on the tour, but then the last few shows decided to and I hoped they would in Sacramento and then it happened. That breakdown at the end 22:05 just takes me to early/mid 2000’s metalcore like Haste the Day and As I Lay Dying I love it

you can barely hear any of the instruments..not the fault of the band, it's the venue. These motherfuckers are so obsessed with stage volume all the goddamn time. You're not supposed to hear the crowd over the band.

Great performances by all three bands. The fans and bands spun each other up into a crazy frenzy. Massive circle pits, multiple walls of death, constant waterfall of crowd surfers, jumping, screaming, clapping. I left there an exhausted sweathog with no voice. Brutally fun show! 🤘🤪🤘

Where did that audience at the Tokyo Garden Theater can from? The nursing home down the road? They took their sleeping pills to early. How sad they appear. Not a good look at all. Band Maid always has the audience as their sixth band member making each show special. Not there. Just rudiness.

To be fair, most of the fans in attendance came there for Incubus, many from overseas. And many have not been to a Band-Maid concert before. I don’t blame them as they might not know how to react to such an awesome band. I would suspect some were awestruck (I would hope so). But the handful of Band-Maid fans I knew in attendance did stand up. Most along my row and the back of me. But regardless, I know that some Incubus fans did enjoy the show and hopefully they can be Band-Maid fans someday. ✌️&❤️
