The current king of land speed is the SSC Tuatara, 316mph, which despite my doubts and amusement, guinness book verified. What are my thoughts on this, honestly any car producing over 1600hp and under 2 tonnes is mathematically capable of hitting 300+ mph coupled with right gearing, so speed records will just be held by anyone with enough big balls to push their cars further for longer so i really don’t think SSC Tuatara’s record is unbreakable by other mighty hypercars 2. Bugatti Chiron SS is faster accelerating from 0-400 than the Regera, i am not sure how a 200-400kph rolling race will turn out between the two but i suspect the Chiron SS will still be faster, anyway the main reason Bugatti did not go after the Regera’s 0-400-0 record is simply beacuse the 1 second advantage it gains over Regera on 0-400 is quickly lost in braking due to Chiron’s weight, the Regera’s record is still intact and no one currently can beat its 0-400-0 3. The are so many factors to consider in acceleration videos you posted above, firstly, was the Jesko Attack on E85? Did the Jesko Attack driver use the DRS button? I DOUBT We really dont know, i know you like Bugattis, but i simply cannot see how a previous gen Regera can beat a newer Chiron SS and a Jesko Attack or Absolut in acceleration Either the Jesko was on pump fuel or abother factor, the Jesko Attack has just so so much drag to keep up with Regera on high speeds The Chiron SS simply outaccelerates the Regera esp considering the Regera is almost half a decade older than the Chiron SS 4. Lastly let us learn not to start trolling other beautiful brands, for instance how can gou compare a Jesko attack vs a Chiron SS, one is meant for track, the other for straight line acceleration. On track, the Jesko Attack is more supreme than the Chiron SS simply because of gearing, weight and aero downforce, while on the straight line, i do not know until i see a race between Jesko Attack on E85 vs the Chiron SS I Still reserve my doubts the above video the Jesko Attack was on pump gas and maybe even the driver didn’t know how to use the DRS button On the other hand, a Jesko Absolut on E85 will accelerate FASTER than a Chiron SS Especially on higher speeds, the JESKO ABSOLUT will be very supreme compared to the Chiron SS, Jesko Attack and Regera

While the Chiron SS 300+ did this time it was coming from the Banking at Ehra Leissen and generally any car, even Mclaren F1 back on the 90s posted some unbelievable acceleration numbers on that section. Perhaps that part is downhill. I do not know any Chiron SS that has reproduced that acceleration elsewhere.
