Mine just arrived. Not impressed! No box - it was folded and shipped in a bag. It is from a company called Hexder and while it says it is real leather, I don’t believe it is. It smells like a chemical and I think it might be vinyl. After reading other reviews, I ordered one size up and it is very snug. If you are looking at ordering, order two sizes up. No returns and no exchanges.

Hello Katie, I am sorry to hear you were not happy with your purchase. I would contact the Company directly. I can only show you what was sent directly to me from this company. I always show the quality up close in my bright lights and also the fit as well and packaging. This is exactly how mine came package, If I was you I would for sure contact them about expectations. It really sounds like you got a Jacket from a totally different company. I sized down actually, I am usually a Medium in clothing and can fit a small or Medium in Jackets so as I stated in the video I got a size small. - After double checking I clearly see, the Return policy is directly on the website: " If you're not satisfied or your items arrived damaged, utilize our self-serve return portal within 30 days of delivery" They also have a "Seamless Exchange support" area. PLEASE GO TO THE WEBSITE before posting Un accurate information. I do ALWAYS write back to my comments, thank you.

Depending on how much you spray down the carpet and couch will depend on the drying time. The machine does not suck up all of water so do allow some time to dry after. I have used this many times already, love it and it is working great!
