Loving this series! Thank you so much. It def feels like physical therapy which I need. I started rebounding within the last two weeks and didn't build up- now my lower back/hips are hurting. So I'm coming back super slow and focused.

That was AMAZING! I’m over 50 and have trouble finding workouts that don’t kill me vs. ones that are too easy. This was just right! Your coaching and guidance was incredibly helpful. I love rebounding and am excited to see you have so many workouts!

Incredible workout!! When people say that low impact and/or barefoot workouts are too easy…. Hush them up with this one!! Amazing! My heart rate was up in the 140s at time! My whole body is smoked but in a good way! ❤❤❤❤❤😮😮😮😮😮🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

This has it all! Low impact cardio and bone healthy weight training! The walking session was very easy to follow so I was able to open my stride and walk up and back in my workout space! Love it! I love PHA training! The ability to rest and recover upper or lower body while training the other really helps me lift heavier! ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I do not have a FB account so I cannot join your group. I am a 39 year old female, 5'1, 110ish pounds-this would be my first rebounder. My legs are slightly different lengths and I do not have full range of motion in the ankle of the smaller leg. I am able to walk independently without issue and can do most things. I am leaning towards the Acon as I feel the Bcan will be too firm as I am small and the Leaps and Rebounds is not speaking to me lol. Do you feel the Acon will be a good fit for me or should I reconsider the Leaps and rebounds?

Absolutely loves this one! I’ve always enjoyed your barefoot workouts anyway, but I love the addition of the wall Pilates as well. I used my medium booty band, and wowzers they pack a punch! Definitely on my “do again” list! 😊

You'll be turning 50, I'll be 65 in November. Honestly I'm stronger, leaner, healthier and happier. This was an incredible workout, it's an instant favorite.
