One thing i noticed is that the majority of villages in GU are from titles made by the Portable Team, Pokke,Yukumo and Bherna are all from the Portable series. Only Kokoto is from a numbered title.

I'm not the biggest fan of changes in music (they redone music for all villages in this game) and i'm not bad about this one... Yukumo tho is another story

I started in Rise but honestly, Bherna is for me what Pokke is for those who started in the second gen, this feels nostalgic and peaceful to me... I feel at home in GenU more than in RS or 4U.

The beauty of this, it feels like you lived there, every time you go to Bed so you can save the file, it feels like you as a hunter went to sleep. Old Monster hunter games have that sweet feeling everytime you go to bed to save.

2024 and im still coming back to this video to listen to the music to help me sleep. Its so comforting. I do have this game on my 3ds, but i havent quite gotten that far. Now that the online services have been disconnected... I feel scared. 😅 im not the greatest hunter so going about this solo is going to be... very difficult. One day, when I get a 3dsXL, im going to pick up this game again. I cant quite see the game as well on a regular 3ds. 😅

More comedy anime should learn a thing or two from Saiki K. No annoying or offensive tropes, no passing off uncomfortable/ fanservise moments as 'funny', just pure and dry humour. My comfort anime fr <33
