These items include Arteria Leaves, Trina’s Lilies, Miquella’s Lilies and Aeonian Butterflies spread throughout most of (but not all) their spoting locations in Western Caelid and Eastern Limgrave (and only in these two regions). I’ve managed to find 16 spots, which are all listed above (all the other spots for these four items located throughout Western Caelid and Eastern Limgrave DO NOT respawn).

The explanation for the first one was depicted on video 004. The second one is in this video: it requires picking the two Golden Seeds located in Mohgwyn Palace (one in the mausoleum, one in the swamp area) without reloading the game in any way possible (it means without dying, resting on a Site of Grace or quitting the game after picking one of them and before picking the other); doing so, the other Golden Seed will disappear for the rest of the playthrough. Since the swamp area will only be explorated far later in the game for this playthrough and the maximum amount of Golden Seeds necessary for the 14 Flask of Tears is 30, I’ll intentionally skip the Golden Seed located in the swamp area.

Witnessing event 1-B or 1-C won’t make a difference in completing Ranni’s sidequest, it will only change the dialog lines. If event 1-C of her sidequest takes palce, it will unlock part 4 of Sorcerer Rogier’s sidequest, as show in this very video. Because I’m doing Sorcerer Rogier’s sidequest to its fullest, Ranni’s sidequest part 1-A jumps to part 1-C, so part 1-B will be skipped. *** Part 4-1 of Preceptor Seluvis’s sidequest refers only to finding his hidden chambers. *** At this point, to further advance to Part 3 of Seluvis’s sidequest, you will have to give Seluvis’s Potion to Nepheli Loux, Gideon Ofnir or Dung Eater. Giving it to Gideon Ofnir allows you to fully complete both Nepheli Loux’s and Dung Eater’s sidequests on the same playthrough, but there are specific rewards not obtainable anywhere else that requires you to give Seluvis’s Potion to either Nepheli Loux or Dung Eater, so giving it to Gideon Ofnir won’t be an option. For the purpose of this playthrough, I’ll choose to give it to Dung Eater, which will only happen on video 084.
