I know this video was 6 years ago but thank you so much 🥲 have watched every video and this is the only one taking about the thumb and pinkie spin and coming together. Hope you are doing well

I really enjoyed the difference of a professional poker player explaining this, and you, a magician, explaining this. This video has given me the last bit i needed with the rolling of pinky and thumb. You were able to get much more technical than the pro poker player, who probably has done this action wayyyyy more than most magicians. Enjoy the difference of experience vs expertises. love it. thanks.

You can't. They were custom made by and sold on Zazzle by a storefront called "Designs by Rachel". That storefront has since been shut down, and these chips can no longer be purchased.

I'm pretty certain La Chiffre in Casino Royale does the chip flip, not the shuffle. But you'll see pro poker circuit players shuffle a lot.

what poker chips are those? The "good" ones I mean
@snoweh13 жыл бұрын
If you want actual good casino quality poker chips, you can buy ex-casino chips (Paulson chips), or search 'classic poker chips'. They're both made from clay, and they're lighter than plastic or "ceramic" (which are also plastic). The look, texture, weight, etc. is noticeably different and much nicer. They're much more expensive, but if you plan to buy a chip set and keep it forever, may as well get something of higher quality. Classic poker chips even lets you customise the chips, from colour to spots to the inlay. They're obviously even more expensive, but they should last a lifetime. You can always buy a sample set to see how they feel, and I'd highly recommend that. Poker chips is a very expensive hobby, but unless you're looking to collect multiple sets, there's no reason to buy more than one initial set.

@@snoweh1 Don't short sell ceramics. The quality of BR Pro Poker chips is through the roof. For those not willing to pay $2 for CPC (or slightly cheaper for used Pausons), BR Pro ceramics are an excellent buy; and (in my opinion) are the best "middle market" chips in existence.

I uhmm... ok so... the first time I ever touched chips I was at my uncle's house and he was gonna teach me to play poker. I did this shuffling of the chips without even thinking about it, and he got mad and told me to stop.
