I remember watching this as a very young kid in New Zealand (born in 68) it's great to see it again 🛸 I loved all the Gerry Anderson stuff, especially Stingray and, of course, Thunderbirds. I have a complete box set of Space 1999 too 👽 ... Man, you'd whack your head on those low doorways 😬 ouch! I recall a friend having a toy interceptor that shot the missile off the front (I so jealously wanted one, was a very rare toy in NZ for the time)

For those seeking more of Miss Drake search for ‘au pair girls ‘ 1972. You will thank me
As a kid in the sixties I was obsessed with science fiction and thanks to shows like this I was convinced that by the year 2000 there would be flying cars and we would all be wearing silver jump suits! 😂
I and many others watched UFO as a little kid when it came to the US in syndication 1972. It impacted many GenXers. I think it helped set the stage for all kinds of cultural phenomena from Star Wars to New Wave music in the 80s. It also cemented the idea of the "deep state" in many of our young minds early on, and it may be the truth is even stranger than Gerry Anderson's brilliant SciFi ideas.

I. Never knew this show existed until I stumbled upon it by accident recently. While it's not the best show I've ever seen, I can't get enough of it!

this merely a restoration of the original 1974 Invasion: UFO film - 1080p files cropped for 16x9 ratio - this is not intended for any blu-ray release - 🛸✨
