Another neighborhood being destroyed one charming ranch at a time. These white and black block mini mansions with black framed windows .. I guess are fitting in. No longer do they look out of place as builders slowly replace the classic California ranch houses that have been there over half a decade. These homes are already being mocked and the owners blur them on Google map which is sad. No one should be harassed. Hopefully watch groups will eventually stop these homes from killing Tarzan’s Sherman encino etc. neighborhoods. Plus Google maps lets you go back a decade and you can have snapshot of what the block .. the neighborhood use to look like.

On a block of lovely ranch homes. You are soulless builders who tear down homes just to put up some monstrosity with no architectural value or ethos to a neighborhood. Another fugly modern farmhouse. Hopefully town ordinances will slow you down from destroying neighborhood with school systems and neighbors who know each other. And the garage? In front of the home of course. The two ranch houses with garages on the side of the home so people can see their neighbors. But you want to maximize lot size not build a home with any integrity.

Hideous. And you blurred it on Google maps because of the hate. Doesn’t fit it with the neighborhood. Builders buying up homes in lovely lots just for a quick payday. Right now it is a rental property
