LOL, at 4:41 the fire bells get covered by foam

They are (similar to) fire bells, but these are the System Sensor SpectrAlert Advance Horn/Strobe Fire Alarm Horns (In Code 3) that get covered in Jet-X High Expansion Foam for this test.
