Day 1: I know it's long, but can you make a tutorial on how to make a realistic truck? Semi or pickup, or both.

I couldn't find the "obstacle" button in the fluid section so I found a tutorial and realized it was in "FLIP fluids" which I didn't have because I needed to purchase a $76 add-on called FLIP fluids. Now what?

Thank you for the tutorial, you really helped me with my task.

It's terrifying how easy and well explained this is, with all the hotkeys, and random variables that are adjusted that probably come from years of practice. Meanwhile I'm like "jesus it took 13 minutes to make a bucket, but seemed like folding a piece of paper to this guy" Been fighting to learn DAZ or Blender and I'm so artistically challenged I have my fears grasping Blender, I'm just a whole bundle of nerves right now lol.

my pc's cryin right now, the technique is ok but I don't know why u need 128 vertices for a single object? u just select the object > right click > then shade smooth if it still lacking add bevel or sub surface modifier, also I highly suggest people to go to overlay dropdown and turn on statistic so you know how many verts ur object have! 10k is usually my range for a single obj. U can also study topology I highly recommend it.

Why do I fail at the very beginning? I listened at least 5 times and I always hear to scale the cube at the x-axis by 0.74, but this gives me something totally wrong 😲
@joelevi85315 күн бұрын
Are you using your number pad, or the numbers on the top of your keyboard like on a laptop?
@Velnias755 күн бұрын
@@joelevi8531 I use the number pad. I just want to be sure I have "heard" the right number. 0.74 as scale has looked weird.

scale x by 0.04, so he said "press s, then x, then point zero four, then enter".

This Channel Taught me to 3D model, And seeing new videos in this teaching style warms my heart! 8 years later I have my own channel and teach people 3d modelling, I wouldn't have imagined that when I made my very first coffee cup on my falling to bits laptop all those years ago.

Did they RE-ADD the Auto Shade Smooth to Blender 4.1.1?! It was REMOVED in Blender 4.1.1!!! Gonna get a headache....
@BeheadedKamikaze18 күн бұрын
I think Auto Smooth was added to a modifier. You can do Shade Smooth but you need the modifier to make angles sharp.
