Love these! New to colonics. Sometimes feel dizzy/ lightheaded afterwards and all evening. Is this normal?
@EveryDayDetox3 ай бұрын
Thank you, Emily! That’s not normal. There’s a small chance it’s a detoxification response, but I’m wondering if it’s an electrolyte imbalance or something else. Where do you get them done and what method?

Thanks Mike for sharing so much knowledge and information. How can we do with kids? Sometimes its hard make them eat healthy.
@EveryDayDetox3 ай бұрын
Thank you so much! The first thing to do is to make sure there’s no unhealthy food in the house. That’s really the most important. The adults in the house need to be leading them by example and there should be no choices that aren’t health supportive.

The standard meal around the world is protein, starch and fat all on the same plate. In nature every species is a mono eater whether it's a carnivore, frugivore etc. Only humans love the idea that we can create a lovely meal when in fact we are creating problems on our plate

You’re welcome! I’m curious what you both think about chlorella. I stay away from supplements in general but some say this is more like a food. Only if there's a major issue. Most of the time as someone takes on a diet of natural, organic foods and eliminates alcohol and toxic home products, the biome rebuilds beautifully.

Valasta dissolved my last 6 cancers in 2021 & now I've been NED NoEvidenceDisease for2yrs. Thanku Sam for inventing ValAsta. I will be on it for life, as my Onc's believe my stage 4 cancer will come back. I began Valasta 3.2.21 & i quit chemo 4.1.21 after severe side effects, I figured why not just try Valasta alone & see what happens. Vs wait for more cancer keep coming back til it kills me, is what Onc's told me would happen. I'm so grateful I did it my way with ValAsta

It is impolite to ask an apple or orange/lettuce or cabbage how much protein they have. Anyone who practices fasting probably does not know what fasting is, fasting is no a choice. I heard David Blane held his breath for an hour at a Los Vegas show.

Is this capable of undoing the damage done from being exposed to the ionizing radiation of CT scans, PET scans and mammograms? Many unaware Americans just let ERs and doctors do these imaging procedures and then coincidentally end up with cancer years later. Ionizing radiation, especially the high amounts you get from CT scans, etc induces cancer by disrupting the molecules and electrons in your cells. The radiation is strong enough to cause double strand damage and thus a gene mutation which eventually leads to cancer 6-7 years after exposure
