The Avellino story is nuts. The guy had 40 million $$, was on the shelf, no legal problems, but wanted back in???? Why!!! Retire with your millions and chill.

HI JOHN , your videos are excellent , especially your delivery of the content. My comment on VIRGIN OLIVE OIL , it was rare to have VIRGIN OLIVE OIL , most oil was mixed with semi inferior oil , thus never VIRGIN. I knew a guy who knew a guy , he actually tasted real VIRGIN OLIVE OIL , from the first press of the olives. HE told me it was very dark in color , green , maybe to strong for USA consumption. HE used to eat a fresh bake loaf of bread with VIRGIN OLIVE OIL , a pinch ofsalt , a bottle of homemade wine...THOSE were the days , HE SAID.. WAIT someone is knocking on my door... GOD BLESS CIAO

Being that the penalties for gun possession in NYC are pretty severe and even worse for felons,how close was the average made guy to a gun? In their own house,a neighbor or friend or girlfriend? Was there an associate who handled it?

Loved the Q&A and I get into when you talk about food/cooking. You find the right words when talking about foods, like way back, talking about having a nice steak. It makes me want to go dine somewhere. And I can imagine you would do well with a restaurant biz. Anyway, Thank You for always giving great episodes!!

John, did you hold a site safety manager license thru the nyc dob? That’s a good job,
@SitdownnewsКүн бұрын
I didn't have the DOB license. I had many certifications and was approved as a safety engineer by the MTA.
@BM-kg9jdКүн бұрын
Oh nice. You probably worked for Safety Dynamics. I’m in the industry. What stinks about this industry though, is that it’s only really implemented in nyc, I wish it was throughout the country. I’m an osha instructor, but I also own a safety company and I’m trying to develop an online / tech based platform to sell and market to any size construction company throughout the country to have safety protocol and as selling point use it to help their Lower insurance premiums. What is your email, if you don’t mind. I’d love to pick your brain. Have been a big fan from day 1. All the best,
