I bought this chair, after a few months it’s got a big air bubble it shouldn’t happen on this very expensive chair I contacted the seller they replied they will replace only the SEAT so I have to waste my time to replace it as you can see it’s very complicated, This is not how a expensive chair company does Buisness, they should replace the whole upper part of the chair “ Time is money “ I would advise others do your due diligence look around before you make a expensive choice . This chair is $499. If you live live in the US, you have to pay another $499 to have it shipped.. smh

I've had mine 10 years, use every day, zero problems. I just have to remember not to move forward to far and try to pick something up off the floor because it's easy to fall off :-)
