You know you can actually research this stuff yourself right? infections are spread through droplets. Here's a very simple video explaining how they can reduce the potential spread of a virus. I still have the compulsion. But now, I ask. When people start getting into that state, I ask, "do you want help with the situation or do you just want to vent?" It has worked well for me personally. Because if they say vent, you just sit and listen and be like, "YEAH Carson from work really is being unfair and a real jerk to you! I am sorry"
