Non, je préfère partir et voyager No I'd rather go and journey Où le croissant de diamant brille Where the diamond crescent's glowing Et je cours à travers la vallée And run across the valley Sous la montagne sacrée Beneath the sacred mountain Et promenez-vous dans la forêt And wander through the forest Où les arbres ont des feuilles de prismes Where the trees have leaves of prisms Et brise la lumière en couleurs And break the light in colors Que personne ne connaît les noms de That no one know the names of Et quand ce sera le moment, j'irai m'allonger And when it's time I'll go and lay A côté de la fontaine légendaire Beside the legendary fountain 'Jusqu'à ce que je voie sa forme reflétée 'Till I see her form reflected Dans ses eaux claires et joyaux In its clear and jewelled waters Et si tu penses que je suis prêt And if you think I'm ready Tu peux me conduire au gouffre You may lead me to the chasm Où les rivières de nos visions Where the rivers of our visions Coulez les uns dans les autres Flow into one another Je voudrais plonger sous les eaux blanches en cascade I will want to dive beneath the white cascading waters Elle peut mendier, elle peut plaider, elle peut argumenter avec sa logique She may beg, she may plead, she may argue with her logic Et mentionne toutes les choses que je vais perdre And mention all the things I'll lose Cela n'a vraiment aucune valeur à la fin, elle le saura sûrement That really have no value in the end she will surely know Je ne suis pas né pour suivre I wasn't born to follow

I remember in the 80's, in high school, getting a gram of black Nepalese from my uncle, for free. How cool is that? Native American, hippie uncle. Smoking from my uncle Melvin. I loved him. A gram of hash.

I'm 67 and got turned on to them in Jr High School (I think 72) and am still rocking with Steve. Fun fact: My ring tone for my son calling. Oh yeah!!! RIP Steve. Such a sexy and talented man!

I periodically check in because Im a Humble Pie fan. I've seen them 6 times with everyone from Trapeze to Deep Purple. Point being, everytime I decide that I'd like to hear the song again I always look for my old comment. Never once have I found one. Now, I have to listen again because I missed it writing this diatribe.

Also if ya dig this song Humble Pie on youtube 😀 you may enjoy Where Roses Grow Live by Rez Band. I remember hearing the song by Led Zepp " In My Time of Dyin " during my drug years and made me think about death and Jesus. Then a hippy friend that dug Jesus told me more of Jesus love and forgiveness and how I could also know Jesus love. So in 1981 I cried out to Jesus and wow man He came into my life and I had and have so much joy and peace and now know that through Jesus when I die I will be with Him in Heaven. Hey Jesus loves each of you also and yall can know Him if you are at all open. Just cry out to Him and also read the Gospel of John in the Bible or check out the movie on KZfaq. 😀

Omg 😆 I was five years old and my kick ass baby sitter was the best hippie 😅😅😅😅 she turned me on and would take me and I'd take her because I'm in the industry as well 😅😅😅😅. Than you are suddenly in middle school or high school and suddenly someone's in jail or in the hole or riding bikes. Like Lester always said give me humble pie and Zeppelin any day of the week! You have to love classic great rock. Give all of us humble pie🎉🎉🎉❤❤❤🎉🎉
