Would you know if the fan, one that is made of bamboo, is it 1able to be taken into a government building? Due to its ability to be used as a weapon. I know that the "iron fans " that are made of iron or steel cannot be taken in, but wondered about bamboo.

Yes, this is a style of dance called Kenbu - which uses a fan and katana. I also don't believe these are men, but could be wrong on that
