Hi buddy, how long did the desensitisation process take (how long did you weight bear on your femors) for and was it painful? Thanks. I ask because I am a chronic pain sufferer who also has a psych degree and am wondering how I could implement desensitisation for peripheral neuropathy in the soles of my feet. Thanks from Jason Castle

Thank you Mr O. It’s been a tough year and I’ve removed myself from media as much as possible to focus on me. I absolutely 💯 love being there for others. Yet not good at me. Please forgive me for not supporting you and all those dear I care about. Hoping you and your beautiful family are well. ‘ I will be back’ 😁 Stay well ✊🙏🙏

yeah, I was raised in a Christian home and went to a Christian school and everything, and although I'm an atheist, I can say that some of my values were taught to me thru religion...but I wouldn't say that those values originated with the Bible, or are exclusive to religion. The values themselves are secular. Some I could've learned from cartoons...others I likely would've learned simply by being a human being on Earth. Religion was the method my parents chose, and although it effectively taught me some good values...it also weighed me down with guilt and mortal terror in my early teens, because I found myself doubting the existence of the God I'd been taught to believe in. The extreme emotional struggle I experienced as a result of being who I was, as well as having doubts that I couldn't control because beliefs aren't choices...we're either convinced of something, or we aren't...was enough to be classified as "trauma". It took several years of searching for answers, coming to terms with what I truly believed, and overcoming a fear of eternal damnation before I finally left religion behind and felt a sense of peace I'd never known before. As an atheist and secular humanist, as well as a former Christian, I can say without ANY doubt that secular humanism has a better moral foundation than any religion or worldview. I can also say that the atheist community is generally far more loving, welcoming, open-minded, and supportive than any religious community that I'm aware of. So yes...the Bible contains some good moral lessons. So does every other religious text, and countless works of fiction. The Bible also condones A LOT of truly evil ideas, and even encourages (or commands) a large number of awful behaviors. The thing is...the Bible isn't required for any of the good moral lessons it promotes, or to be recognized as "good" by human beings. Every one of those lessons can be learned in a variety of ways from many different sources. The evil stuff, tho...that stuff can't be justified, but countless millions of people have used the Bible as justification for it anyway. No matter how positive a Biblical moral lesson may be, the Bible isn't required to teach that lesson, and has no place being used for that end in public schools. NONE.
