@@Ensoniqdude No, but there is a new Tetra controller coming very soon that will have some minor control of the Mothership and some other Venue moving lights.

Hi! Just grabbed the Tetra with some generic RGB DMX 512 lights. Having trouble programming them. Any codes or order you could share? Really bumping my head on this one

@wlkofphaim That's not what I am asking. I am asking in the generic lights u have. The dmx profile - what are the first couple channels? Ch 1, Ch 2, Ch3? Send me names of the lights or a pic of the manual with the dmx profiles. Can send @bydesigndj on insta or [email protected] I will see if you lights are compatible.

I got these for the cheap $200 DJ stand with the white/black fabric skrims... I just stick them on the floor pointing up at the skrims, and they look pretty cool. ✌️

The problem with them are they are rounder thicker than the end of a mic and if you are constantly pulling the mic out of the mic clip it doesn't work putting it back into the mic holder it doesn't work they are just to big if they would be the same thickness as the end of the mic they would be perfect but at the moment that is a big downfall

@rabit29 yes, you definitely have to be mindful of that. I use a clip style mic holder on the top of my stand for that reason. Also because it is easier for non mic users to use.

Hey Kris! Thanks for the vid. New to "DJing" and I want to controll my own lights with DMX. The past few weeks I've been thrown all over the place, from Artnet to using midi. I'm only starting so I want budget. Some are soo expensive. Thanks for showing a fun little light. Hey Bud, I hooked up 3 betopper rotaters and set the 1st on d001, then 2nd on d008, and the 3rd on d015...i can not get the lights to respond correctly ..the colors are not what the dialer says and they just seem not to be the right codes or something...can you help me..

@TheFishFactoryLive9218 Sorry, this unit is not intended for use with moving lights. It is for wash lights and not necessarily any. If you want to control moving lights, this is not for you.

@susiemccann I have 2 similar lights which I attach o clamps to permanently and ai transport them in an old speaker stand bag. Not the best way, but there is a divider in the bag and it keeps them from getting scuffed up.

I never tested the shehds 7r version. These fans were a bit loud in my opinion, but in most regular use case scenarios, not an issue. If I was in a small venue and I was playing music for a Ceremony then Reception in same room, I would turn them off for Ceremony. If that helps.

I have never used the 19R... I like the 10r because of its brightness, but it's HEAVY. What type of events do you typically do? Can you use haze?

According to the manual, if you press the Cycle button and Power On, it should bring you into the settings. All it does is say Exit when I do this. Any idea? I have done a factory reset but it didn't help.

(Like seeing a laser pointer) If you are wondering if you would see the beams, probably not without some atmosphere and probably only the beams that are a bit thicker on appearance - probably depends on viewer angle as well. It has some nice coverage and can have a fun effect with or without haze. It is a simple old style effect, so it depends on your taste and desired effect. It can be used with the remote - no dmx. Also has a fixed power chord.

@_lolalana_ I'm sorry, I had to find a manual for those and they will not be compatible. Looks like their first dmx channel is a color chasing mode. (Won't work correctly with Tetra)

@@KrisSzanto Just for our band, i bought a couple of the spider lights that you demoed last year, 6 of the RBGW, color strobes from ADJ, 60,000 lumen audience blinder and a few various wash lights. We don't use dmx so all are placed on sound and I control them with foot pedals. ( bass players can do that LOL). It works for smaller venues quite nice.
