I would be very disappointed if my stylist was eating “oat bites” aka stuffing their face with fast food all day and still charging me a flat fee. $1500 day rate/flat rate client deserves every single minute of attention.

I died my hair dark brown and it ended up black 😢 (I was so unhappy ) literally called a salon and got in the next day. So I just got it done and was under the dryer for 45 minutes and I'm so happy it's natural dark brown and I couldn't be happier. It took me 25$'s and a tip. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

A client will not be understanding when it comes to their money. This video is extremely off putting and this is why SOME stylists have this awful reputation. You are there because of your expertise we don’t have a damn clue. Please quit saying it’s a luxury and the sarcasm does not help promote the service. How dare you say you aren’t responsible? No refunds? Consider working on your presentation, sarcasm, the way you deliver this with a valley girl way of speaking is awfully unprofessionally. Come back down to earth and take your own advice.🤡

I guess my hair is gonna be black forever lol. It’s 40 inches and straight fine hair. Not box dye, same color from Sally’s for many years.

Yes this young hairdressers even middle-aged hairdressers think it's all about them they have no respect regardless of how much money you're paying to get your hair done that will only last 3 days

Always use a creme developer. She paid you $1500. She signed a legal document agreeing to not take legal action against you for damage to her hair. Charge what you believe you're worth. Someone will pay your price.

I went to Paul Mitchell Beauty School. My hair had layers of box color as well as temp and semi colors from burgundy to black. My hair was bleached at 20 volumes for 20 mins. After a rinse deep condition, my hair was checked for strength and bleached again at 20 volumes for 15 mins. I was shampooed, conditioned deep conditioned, then toned. My gray hair is beautiful, and my roots match my ends. Alot of product brands were used, why? Did the $1500 include take home product to keep her hair healthy? Total time 3 hours, total cost $100. Charge what you can, and someone will pay the price. 😮

Not a hairstylist, but your video had me from the beginning. I’m an old Henna fan and no help for me other than wait and wish hair time went faster than real time. I love that in this day and age you share your formulas. (I do have some K18 on the way, so excited about that! Now…what about that magic growth formula? Thanks for the video!

I was wondering if anyone can tell me why is it that the hair doesn’t break off where the retouch of lightener towards the roots comes down and meets the already-blond hair. I’m not a professional (definitely my first issue😂), but when I’ve gone in to bleach my roots in the past and afterwards gone in with blue hair dye, a lot of my hair broke off at the point where the new bleaching overlapped with the previously bleached/blue-colored hair. Now I’m afraid to lighten/bleach my hair again and do touch ups (the roots) for fear of breakage. Mad respect on the chunky highlights done on this guest btw. 👏🏻

It's like going to a restaurant without prices. Be up front with the customer. They're the ones paying, so let them know how much it is because anything less could be construed as a swindle.

I was looking for a new place to get my hair cut and I just randomly tried a local salon and damn, it wss 80 bucks by the time I added a tip. Keep in mind, I just wanted a haircut but the guy put a hot towel on my face (I wasn't getting a shave,) rinsed my hair in the sink and even trimmed my eyebrows. None of this was anything I asked for, I just wanted a random male make my hair shorter thing. My old barber shop that closed up during the pandemic, would charge me $7. Needless to say I did not go back to the salon.

How long should you let the hair rest after it goes into shock process.
@mela5821
@mela5821 Ай бұрын
@sandragalli5588 there is no such thing as a shock phase. This stylist severely damaged the clients hair. That’s all. Hair was so damaged after session one nearly all of the color washed out in two weeks. Then she goes in again to do a full bleach with a higher developer. Which caused a chemical haircut. Shame on her.
