Ah, not exactly. This is a mix of reality and imagination between both Jillian and Oliver. So, some of it is pushed to the extreme. This is meant to be Jillian trying to rationalize something that she knows Oliver is because she's in love, but she knows he's not a good person. I hope that's explained okay, lol.
