If all goes to plan, I have a boxing match against my buddy Kyle soon, and mma match against a kid named Jacob prolly around august, and I’m gonna end the year on a wrestling match against mason prolly in November or December. I got a lot planned for next year and if next year goes well I’m going to street beefs 2026

big difference between a low single and shooting a basic single. a low single makes it harder to get caught in a guilly, and you can transition to a low double and saddle the knees as well if the low single isn't enough. i dont know i've always had success with the low single, but everyone has different preferences for takedowns

Something absolutely worth mentioning, yes my shot was from very far away, but I wasn’t too worried since we weren’t throwing soccer kicks. Obviously I would never shoot a takedown from that far away in a real fight, lmao

Workout routine is for legs I do bar squat and deadlift Upper I do lat pull, bench, overhead press, barbell row, and pull ups. I’ll occasionally do shoulder press For abs I do ab wheels, hanging leg raise and planks For obliques I do side raises For boxing and wrestling and cardio, I do long distance treadmill runs and sprints. I urge all of you with these lifts, to use proper technique. I got my squat up to 405 just because I was always so strict on my technique. Do not ego lift.

This was an awesome match man super entertaining and exciting to watch! And for Denis to be the smaller guy in this match he really held his own and pulled out a great win. He’s got a lot of guts, determination and heart to go toe to toe with a bigger guy props to both of them. I’m glad they agreed to come out and fight and make some content
