i have one gun that backup mag actually makes a difference on and I can proc kinetic tremors 1 extra time every other gun ive tried it doesnt do much, and for focused fury it makes it harder to proc etc

The reload speed, glimmer/xp booster, and steady ground mods seem like reasonable additions. The bump loader may be a bit more powerful than anticipated and the prismatic mod seems *way* too unique to simply use as an interchangeable mod.

I would give microcosm a catalyst that would really let you take the power of the traveler, and use it. This is how it would work. All other team members shoot you with their microcosm. We'll call It "Travelers Final Stand". 5 players shoot one player with microcosm during a boss dps phase, it extremely increases that one players microcosm empowering the breaks off the damn thing, activating the new perk "Travelers Final Stand" on screen, which then shoots a bigger more powerful Travelers beam at the boss from the one empowered trace rifle. Damage would be equal to like 8 or 9 microcosms total or soemthing like that. So not only could you use it for add clear and against shielded enemies, but also in its "final form" for boss dps. But that final form requires 5 other guardians to unlock its fullest potential

The most powerful entity in the entire Destiny franchise is RNGeesus, who decides everything from whether your weapon rolls absolutely suck to whether you will be forever stuck at low power because the only "prime" drops you get are class items.

I have an exotic helmet that has perks, one is for target for smg or the other is for special ammo finder

I use counterbalance stock if the recoil direction is terrible out of the gate. But if it’s at least 75 I’ll consider backup mag. I don’t think I ever use the other mods now.

These are some interesting mod ideas, its unfortunate though that we need siphon mods to begin with, i wish bungie would go back to guns having innate orb spawning. Im sure they could find some way to squeeze that and origin traits together if they tried.

I always thought it would be cool if wearing a matching set gave you stat bonuses, for example if u have all kings fall armor on u get like +10 resil on each piece because it’s a matching set. Kinda like how the root of nightmares origin trait is with using the matching guns

tbh i dont care that much about weapon mods anymore and think its more relevant to pvp at this point anyways. mods existed back before crafted weapons were even around.

I use Counterbalance Mod on my Snipers. I am just terrible at keeping my sights steady. I am not like others, who can run, aim, and snipe a target in a second (lol)
