You should not be steering in tight quarters with a twin engine vessel. Use your transmissions only w/ rudders centered. You are teaching people bad and absolutely incorrect procedures.This was not a useful or teaching video, and clearly its not focused solely on docking "parking" as you incorrectly state. Lots of impertinent information included that distracts your viewers from the advertised topic. No note that the wheel that you keep playing with should stay stay centered in close quarters/docking situations? You are certainly not a "rock star member" and clearly do not understand the physics involved. Perhaps you shouldn't film docking "parking" videos until you're more skilled at it yourself? Do better. You chose to label your video "How to operate and park a dual inboard engine boat" so perhaps try a bit harder to stay focused only on that and eliminate all the rest of the gobble gobble. Checking fuel level and check lists are both completely irrelevant to you trying to incorrectly teach how to properly dock a twin engine boat. Might want to lay off the pizza a bit as well, you've got a bit of a list to starboard aboard that vessel. That means "leaning to the right" if you were not aware. Good luck, man. Work harder, do better, talk and eat less and you can still perhaps become the rock star that you think you are. :)

BILGE BLOWER WORKING??? Not using a bilge blower on gasoline inboard engines can be risky, as it helps remove any built-up fumes that could pose a fire hazard.

Mate the way you dock this boat in a windy or choppy weather you will probably end on the pantoon itself. A 45 degrees angle is better to dock a boat instead of bow docking.

Yeah was thinking the same. This isn't what I call a pro docking. I own a 65 ft with 2X 2000 HP . I dock this thing with assistant. I am at sea everyday 3 to 4 times docking daily as it's a scuba diving boat. With outboard engines better to trim up a little bit before docking. Both engine can also be used oppositely to make a control 360 the boat spins on itself instead of making a circle.

This video should be called "How to operate and park a "Single Engine" boat, with at least 3 helpers." I just boat a larger boat and needed to know how to do it. You seem like a nice guy and you drove your boat safely and correctly, but I just wanted to point out, you may want to retitle because you did not assist me. I will give it a like though because you were not wrong.

This was an AWESOME video... 😐 and since he ASKED (see 09:05) specifically for comments, here we go... Let's ONLY make sure the boat has fuel - lets not talk about checking the oil or any other pre-checks at all (he brought up the list, not me). 02:15 - - I almost stopped watching right here when he didn't even MENTION the blower before he turned that key... Yes, his little buddy had pre-warmed the engine... was he taught the same way? Did he ever turn it on? How long ago did he do that? How much fumes have built up since? What about when the "renter" (I gathered later that is who he is directing this for, right) gets out on the water, shuts her down for a half hour or more while they break out their lunch or take a swim or whatever and then........ 😣😖 02:55 - - great advice on how to depart as long as you rent a boat from a place that has dock crew to depend on. Well or just leave two of your friends on the dock for the day - they won't mind. 06:52 - - DARN good thing there wasn't another boat on his PORT when he came cruising in there at that steep angle. 06:56 - - okay now lets make the decky run for the bow while I twist the wheel all over in a hurry and whack her into reverse because my approach was too fast and make one of those friends I left on the dock all day can reach out and push her bow away (07:12) so it doesn't whack the DOCK (let alone the marina) before these friends tie her up. I could go on about LINES and PORT and STARBOARD and DOCK(Pontoons depending where you are) vs. MARINA and etc and etc and etc........... but why... I really should have stopped watching when he never mentioned the blower. I repeat... awesome video. 😶 {clears throat sound}
