this was July 2023. There was one day when the terrace was open. After which, the rest of the days we stayed there, and it was closed.

Hi, sorry we have not stayed at that hotel before, but looking from google Maps, it seems like there are no shortcuts available as the road in front leads into the vehicular CIQ.

How did you manage to open the small locker after using the medium locker? I can see on the screen that says you cannot use the same mobile no. for another locker. How do I use 1 big and 1 medium lockers at the same time?

Because I was trying to by a ticket, online, from Woodlands to JBS three months before the departure date and they already run out of it, I’m still planning to go by train and do you think it’s possible for me to buy the ticket on the spot, at the train station on the day of the departure?

the shuttle train tickets are very popular, and can be sold out very fast during peak periods. Once the ticket is sold out online it wont be available onsite. And its quite impossible to buy it on the spot at the train station.

Hello planning to bring my family from overseas to Genting end of this month. Taking night bus due to their tight schedule. I have a bit concern as there will be a young kid and an elderly in our group. Which bus company would you recommend? And what is the chances of getting early check in room at Genting? First World Hotel is quite hard to get early check-in, and I would suggest you head to the counter to ask when you arrive. For overnight bus so far, the best is still ridewell.

what a progress for the launching girders on both sunway and cccc sides! really looking forward to see the final instalment of the segmental girder at the marine viaduct for the sunway side. it's great to see the start of the railway sleeper laying works on the ktm line at 12:29 as part of the ongoing gemas-jb edtp project. it's also interesting to feature the installation of the box girder using the green 650T zoomlion crane that was used at the tbm assembly and retrieval works in the Putrajaya mrt line project.

Woodlands north station has started M&E works, Bukit chagar station progress is slightly slower as it is much tougher to build over an active KTM track.

Can I ask is it required to unload and bring along all the luggage (including those stored under the bus) when clearing Singapore and Malaysia immigration? Or the stored under luggages in bus need not be unloaded
