Yep, they say they’re too great days in a man’s life. The day he buys the boat. And the day he sells the boat.

I went with the Enjoybot 36v 100ah single battery and it’s been awesome so far👍
@JerseycatsFishing27 күн бұрын
However after lots of research the warranties on the enjoybot batteries seem to be about as useless as the paper itself printed on. Lots of guys have had issues getting in touch with the company for warranty issues. This is common amongst most Chinese lithium batteries. They make these outlandish warranty guarantees because they never intend on honoring the warranty no matter how long it’s been. If you do your digging you’ll find that enjoybot, li-time, chins and many more are made in the same plant for the different sellers of whose name is on the case. They do seem to vary in quality on the inside which is probably an agreed upon thing between the manufacturer and the seller of how much the production costs are going to be based upon hardwares and what features the batteries will have. I went down a very interesting rabbit hole when researching these Chinese lithiums and the varying qualities available at what price points. I just could t justify spending big coin on American brand lithiums that were just assembled Chinese parts in an American facility.

Thanks for the info. I can’t speak on the warranty because I haven’t had to use it and I hope I never do lol. Glad to hear yours is doing great just like mine though. 👍🏻 keep me posted and hope you’re catching them. 😃

I sold the boat that those batteries were in. Last I heard they were still going strong. If you’re debating on purchasing them just go for it. They’ve proven their self in the market place now. 👍🏻

Nice and clean video. First one of your's I've watched. Will be checking out more. I like the commentary underneath explaining what you're doing. Any chance you might could say what bait the fish was caught on after you get it in the boat just like the commentary notes you put in the bottom

Appreciate the kind words. I really appreciate getting requests and suggestions on the video. It helps me make my videos better in the future. I’ll definitely keep your request in mind in future videos. FYI, most of these fish were caught on an ol fashion senko. Nothing special. Thanks for watching. 👍🏻

From the sun, I'd say you caught that first one before I even got to launch! I managed five, culling very slightly twice, for 11-14. It certainly hurts throwing back a fish over 12" when you don't have a limit yet! The tide stayed high all day. I never really felt the current of it going out. Definitely different from 'normal' conditions. The extra time did nothing for me. I caught all my fish before 2.

Dude you need to handle your fish a little better. Remember we're trying with Bass conservation, with you flipping these bass all around your boat damages the basses slime coat and scales which can lead to bacterial infections. Learn how to handle the fish and spread the word. Tight lines.

@@KieranBreckFishing Not a good answer. You don't have to rush and beat the crap out of the fish, you won't go any faster than if you handle the fish properly. You are the people who are ruining the sport.

What kind of speed are you getting out of yours with that motor? I have a 19XS which is an older version of that same hull with a 225 Mercury on it.
@JeffreyDavisFishing2 ай бұрын
It’s a 70mph boat. Some can see 72 with the right conditions and a light load.

@JeffreyDavisFishing Did you ever add power poles? Mine has 2 8 foot power poles, a 36v Ultrex, 4 regular batteries, 10" jack plate, and a 25" pitch Tempest. I can run 68-70 loaded with another person, and about 72 by myself. Its the 225 Pro XS 2 stroke.
@JeffreyDavisFishing2 ай бұрын
Yeah. I did add 2 power poles. I also had lithium trolling motor batteries. I’m not a speed guy so I never pushed the boat to its limit. I normally cruised around at 50mph.

My third time on the lake. First as a boater. Was expecting a bed fishing event. Next to no bites during practice. One bite during the tournament, but at least it was a 5-7. It was the very back of a pocket on a laydown. Got really tired of the cold and high wind conditions, but I’ll be back.

In the opinions of people who have fish this lake, what do y'all think makes this lake so tough on catching fish?
@JeffreyDavisFishing2 ай бұрын
I think it’s the dam. The dam is closed every weekend and open Monday thru Friday. Fish move and position different when the dam is open vs when it’s closed. When it’s open they’ll position on that offshore structure and become catchable. When it’s closed they’ll suspend out off of it and become tough to catch. They’ll also position the same way on shallow cover when the dam is open. The current flow is key to bass fishing.
@mth20682 ай бұрын
I know exactly what you mean. I done spent 1000 dollars in gas on that lake to catch 2 12 inches. hate that lake
