My husband and I shop at Tesco. We’re mid 30’s and try every week to keep it under £100 but always end up somewhere in the £90’s. Shopping is just so expensive these days!!

I STOPPED doing my weekly shop in Tesco's waaaay before the pandemic because it was just SO Expensive! I only go in there only for a few(and I mean a FEW) things if I had forgotten something! I don't know if you can use a Tesco's Club Card for online Shopping! If you can I Seriously advise you to get signed up for one! I don't know if you work long hours but I was going to suggest too shop around, that is what I have been doing for years and more so now, because shopping is getting ridiculous! I can buy something this week and when I return things have gone up⬆️ and not by a couple of pence but by at least 50p upwards! It's ridiculous! So as I said if you are able to, Shop around Baby Girl!

Honestly this is one of the most sensible food shops I’ve seen in a while. Unless you’re hiding the microwaveable burgers, chips and fish fingers!! I always say if you have meat and cheese the cost will go up. (Even though you have relatively cheap versions) I’m currently looking into making my own yogurt (apparently it’s really easy if you have the dregs of one you like)

It's expensive because the majority is branded, and not shop own brand. I won't buy toilet paper from a supermarket, it's cheaper from home bargains or B&M, same for cleaning bits.

@@Sommerliebende92No, it’s not healthier. I tried to be on plant based diet for 6months and got very ill.
