Can creeping jenny be put in my bog filter? Also, what type of benefit does it provide to the pond itself?

Very important to mention if a plant is deer resistant.

How do you prune a long stem with multiple roses at the end. Do you cut it way back or just prune off the roses themselves

I have 2 palm trees , they are about 15ft similar to what you have there, but probably half as tall or even shorter. I planted them when I did not know anything about palms about 20 yrs ago. They are now leaning because of the location they are in and I am worried a storm wind will blow them down They were planted in a raised bed and the roots are very prominant above the soil. This palm have a very sharp thorn like spikes, can I replant them in large pots and how large if so.

None of this information seems to fit my sweet gum trees, but they produce those pods, so definitely sweet gums.

Concrete, either as pavers or poured is good for a driveway no doubt but for a walk path nothing beats hard-baked tilework in herringbone pattern.

Good evening! One of the prongs on my palm tree lost all of the leaves. The other two are doing well. Is it possible that the leaves will grow back or should I just cut it off? It’s a three prong tree.

That pole saw won't work on a tall Windmill Palm. I tried. That saw will just wag the frond up and down due to it being so flexible.

Poor foundation prep, no reinforcements, no drainage support system but it was thick. Look how a simple sledgehammer broke it so easily. Not a good batch.
@bodgiesteve884924 күн бұрын
Concrete most likely a bad batch. Even without reinforcement, cracking was excessive. Pavers will develop ruts over time.
@deangayford938524 күн бұрын
When will people understand that concrete is no good without steel ....I'm a Concretor in Australia for over 32 years experience....Ive done alot of cubic metres ....if U don't believe me , watch KZfaq on section with rebar in concrete ....proves me correct....waste of time even putting rebar in a job for it too sit on the bottom of freshly laid concrete ...that's why they invented chairs for the rebar ...too place steel in the correct spot.....watch it everybody.....if steel ain't important, why do they use it in highrise and bridges....exactly .....
@deangayford938524 күн бұрын
Concrete if done properly with correct underlay fill, correct thickness of concrete and correct size rebar U will illuminate cracking with correctly placed expansion joints ...U don't want too exceeded any longer than 1.5 metres long in a path for a expansion joints and on driveways or large areas, expansion joints should b generally no larger than 12-16 square metres in size, expansion joints off corners of concrete or structures like building corners ...blocka

I’m in melbourne fl and have this in my backyard, along with other tropical plants. Unfortunately I’ve noticed the leaves getting smaller and spotted. Trying to find some KZfaq videos to revive it. It’s very mature and was here when we moved into this house in 2019.
