If you want to sell on Amazon EU then you need to have an EU business and Estonia has the most favorable terms. We established in Estonia as it provided us the most favorable terms to expand our business and team to the EU

You can alwasy communicate with the seller support (sometimes several times) to troubleshoot these issues
