This car shouldn't have been discontinued. This car is far better than the French Le Car and I owned two. The South Korean's are some of the best machinist and GM will still stamp out parts for other Manufactures in other Asian Markets. The marketing of GM thinks SUV's are the way to go for US Imports. This week I am at 42.4 mpg at the pump. It's almost exactly 70% highway and 30% city. The mpg gauge in the car was way off at 33.6 mpg.

You also noticed the CVT transmission in the Spark sounds like a manual 🤯?? I went online to find out if the transmission was CVT or regular automatic (I have a 2017) cuz after hearing how the gears distinctly shift, unlike my parents' 2021/22 Equinox. In their car, I can BARELY hear OR feel the gears shift. Also, unlike my parent's CVT which is one of those cars that sounds like the car's engine shuts off when you come to a stop (the sound of which has always disconcerted me 😐) then automatically revs up soon as you press back on the gas pedal, & I thought ALL CVTs did that. But every thing I've read about my uear model online says it's CVT so 🤷🏾‍♂️ . . . but I actually like the feel & sound of the grittier CVT as I feel like I'm actually driving a sports car 🏎 🏁without having to switch through the gears ⚙️ myself.

I'm on my third Spark a 2020. My ave read 39.5 mpg somehow I hit that button and it popped up. Haven't checked this one but my 2013 and 2014 could make right at 39 city and one time made 45 with ac on running 70 on interstate. I don't try pushing hard to get to speed neither do I hypermile,, however when a light goes red up ahead I throw it into neutral-manual transmissions-why keep on accelerator if you have to stop? Sometime light goes green and I can hit third and keep right on going. Unless some indy driver passes me and get in front of me and has to stop at light being in a hurry. Then I have to stop for them🙄

Use 91 and it’ll give you a bit more range.

Got to put 89 87 is cheap gas and it won't run as good I've been putting 89 and had no problem since

Dear followers!! Don't let the beautiful pictures confuse you . Anyone who buys a new car from GENERAL Motors the chance you threw your money into the trash is very large. In this company there is no customer service, the company's management does not care at all, if you have a problem or a malfunction, you can only pray to God there is a chance that the help will come faster. Have 2021 Spark. 5spd. Fuel receeios say 40mpg. Computer says 35.5. Lol

Appreciated your video. I was thinking it would do a bit better like closer to 37mpg. My son's Versa sedan gets 37 and its bigger than the Spark.
