Mahbubul Hoque Sir is such a great person that I have no words to explain about his kindness as well as greatness of nature. Although he is the owner of a big empire, but he has no any ego problem. He is very polite, simple and kind hearted. I remember that day when I met him first time at his own institution RIST in the year 2011. During that time I was struggling for a job after having B. Tech. in CSE and MBA in finance and marketing from Guwahati University. But I did not get any opportunity to work in an Organization. When I went to the RIST to give interview for the position of Assistant Professor in the department of CSE, everyone in the admin department behaved very nice with me. After that I faced an interview in front of Mehbubul Haque Sir( Chairman of RIST, ERDF), first he asked me Debasish how did you come to the RIST? Because RIST stands in a hill area and it is far away from the main road of Khanapara. I replied him that I came there through walk, immediately he told me that why did you not give a call to our admin, in that case we provide a car for you to come here. At the last Mehbubul Haque Sir gave me lift with his own car and accompanied me to the Ganeshguri tin ali. At that time Sir told me about his struggling period as well as his success story in his life. I was highly impressed by him at the first meet. I was only a candidate and he is the owner of a reputed institution, but he is as simple as a general person. Later he gave me the opportunity to work as an Assistant Professor in the department of CSE, RIST. Due to my severe health problem, I left that job in April 2013.But I can't forget his politeness in my life. He is a true person and he is giving excellent contribution to our education system not only for the northeast people but also for the people of India.
