I have a few watches where the second hand has become detached but the watches aren’t really worth a potentially pricey trip to a watchmaker. I’ll send off for the tools I don’t already have which will likely pay for themselves within a couple of repairs so thanks for this walkthrough.

My favrourite is the bund strap - because its secured by screwed rivets, and therefore perfect for watches with fixed lugs - like my Seiko RAF Gen 1

Straps can elevate a watch to another level and you can't beat playing about with strap options. Nice to see a video with multiple straps from a company, been meaning to check Vario out for a while, they look really good.
