No, Ritz-Carlton does not have All Inclusive resorts in the Caribbean. However, their Yacht Collection voyages that go to multiple destinations in this area do offer all inclusive itinerarys for guest. Its incredible, we did one from Barbados to San Juan.

I look forward to sharing a video showing that we would have been at these prices if we had a normal market between 2008-2014. The gap will certainly widen between new construction and resale pricing. That’s a sure thing.

SO fast! I have to look down constantly and watch my speed. I’m at 95 mph all.the.time 🤫 It is so quiet and smooth you don’t even realize it.

I completely thought I replied! I had an ocean facing room (further back) but not an oceanfront room which was still perfect to me. I didn't think preferred club was necessary and I'm an Unlimited member. We had a great time and will be back.

Long response alert :). This makes me so sad!! As a metro area of nearly 7 million and growing, I have personally always felt safe and try to be as diligent as possible wherever I am. I commend our local police departments for the added things they have to deal with right now; and as a resident for over 20 years, I truly believe that being one of the only cities open during COVID’s long reign put a spotlight on our city bringing the exceptional and the not so exceptional. If you come to visit, I’d be happy to show you the city I love and reframe your perspective!

The market for homes in suburbs north of Atlanta is crazy right now. I saw a listing 17 minutes after it was posted on the MLS. I viewed the home the next day and wanted to put an offer on the house. We found out that the seller already had three offers on the house. So, I thought a cash offer would get me in front of the other buyers. But the first three offers were all cash. So I bid $25k over the list and came in second. This house sold for $950k and was listed at $900k. My agent is telling me one of her clients put a bid on a house with over 20 offers within a day or two of the listing. That home was in the $400k range. If you need to sell, now is the time. If you are trying to buy our build, it sucks. Every builder I have talked to is really busy. And lumber prices are at all-time highs. The areas I've been looking at are Cumming, Milton, Canton. Even if foreclosures really pick up, it will be a while for this kind of demand is satisfied. There is so much demand, that anyone in foreclosing should be able to get the house sold without foreclosing.

It is CRAZY! And it is in every price segment. A $5 million house had multiple offers two weeks ago. A $500k home had 100 showings in 3 days and 41 - FORTY ONE - offers. I am so glad you said that about foreclosures too because people should be able to sell if they didn’t over leverage themselves and if a bank does foreclose it will not be any type of deal when it hits the market. I like your video. You should have a lot more subscribers. I am a real estate investor in Atlanta. I rent my houses to Atlanta Housing (Section 8) for over 10 years. There are many Section 8 tenants and not enough houses for them.
