The way I did it was a mod on steam called "Versus Single With Bots" It's a mutation so you have to start it through that mutation menu (you might have to wait a bit/refresh it until it shows up if you have tons of mods like me)

To change to Brad I just installed a character swap mod www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/character-swap For 'trevor' I was just messing around in Open IV, just drag and drop a few files.

Wait how do you change every covenant unit to a marines. I've tried to do the same thing with assembly but not every covenant unit is a marine instead some are still jackals grunt and some elites.

It's been awhile since I've used assembly but there's a section in the squads tab that lets you individually select each ai in the squad to set their biped and weapons.
