Hello! I am a little late to the party, but I did have a question, if that's still okay? I was wondering what KT's process was when writing Gene in terms of his view of his physical self. Like it's very much a distinct attribute for him that he has larger hips and butt and thighs and he's not upset about that, which I feel like is uncommon. It's one of the reasons why I love him because I gain muscle similarly, but most trans characters I've read are like 'oh no big butt means I look like a girl.' So basically I was just wondering how he built Gene's mindset of himself as a person in a trans body. The Prospects is easily my favorite book of the year so far despite me having zero sports knowledge whatsoever, so KT is now on my auto-buy list. And as a trans person (though nb and not trans man) I feel really represented by Gene (also by the ADHD) so I wanted to ask :)

The display was backwards, so I'll wait until the list is posted online. But I've started my reading with Think Again (Adam Grant), and Arabella on Mars (David D. Levine). Thanks!

Yeah, I realized that later. I'm working to get the list posted online, but if you're on Instagram or Facebook, we posted it there. Let me know what you think of those books.

Book one was such a fun ride. I'm now happily into book two. (Love the bowl and backstory.)

I'm so glad you enjoyed it. I cheated and skipped straight to book 4, but Angela does such a good job weaving in backstory that I didn't feel like I missed a thing. I hope you love the next books. Thanks for watching. ~Christy
