A gentleman, a scholar, a humanitarian, a philanthropist, he dared to go where most could or would not go. Truly the most amazing actor of the last 7 decades. My favourite part of his story, a truly born and raised Canadian!❤ you made us so proud. In true fashion, us Canadians go BIG or stay home! That’s the way we do it here and Donald did not disappoint! (Keifer you are your fathers son) fly high, bet a lot of people were there to greet you❤ You did good work that will be seen for hundreds / thousands of generations. Imagine that!

No mediocre here, no tepid and no feeble attempts..lol.. while having such a tiny population in the 2nd largest country in the world, we gave so many extremely talented! That's a really good point and I regret not including it now. You're right - it's a great performance and very well acted.
@MiltonClark-pb4cp2 ай бұрын
I greatly appreciate the tribute that you have produced regarding Louis Gossett, Jr. However, you omitted, In my opinion, one of his greatest performances, as the "antagonist" in the science fiction classic "Enemy Mine" opposite Dennis Quaid. Even through layers of prosthetic makeup, Gossett was able to convey emotion, compassion, and pathos. The fact that he was not recognizable as his charismatic self, is the strength in the performance that makes it one of my favorites.

Hey Rusted Junk! Thank you for reviewing my film choice. I found all of your comments and views really interesting and glad you enjoyed the film! I definitely think there are flaws in the film, but I really do think the story is very thought-provoking, and like Dom said, a romantic storyline that was very different to anything out at the time and genuinely moving in parts. And the ending I thought was fantastic! Charlie, unfortunately, you didn't guess right 😊 My score would be a solid 9/10. Thanks again! Fran 😊
