Not only is this man eloquent, his words are a gut punch of truth that we all should take deathly serious. Just wow! I sobbed as his words took me back to that moment.

I interviewed in his tower, Tower 2 at a different company in 2000. Every time I see someone like this I remember "All the BEST people worked in the World Trade Center". If you want to know the caliber and quality of the people - THIS guy is it. God Bless them all. Never to be seen or matched again.

I always wondered about the dogs in the search and rescue of 911. Dogs are humans best friends and for most like myself, our babies. What an absolutely wonderful interview. I will certainly be supporting Penn Vet. Thank you so much Dr. Otto.

Thank you Jeanette for sharing what happened to you on 911. You and your sister are both heros because through the help of your family and faith as you mentioned, you've shown other people that it's okay to accept that you're not okay all the time. As I was listening to your story I kept thinking...a devine power intervened and showed her how to spread healing and love in ways she never imagined. This is such a powerful story and message of survival because survival never stopped on 911 it was survival of many years to come. I hope your story inspires many as it has me. Thank you and God Bless you and your family.

The flight attendant on AA flight 11 that he mentioned was named Madeline Amy Sweeney. My dad went to high school with her and they graduated the same year. She was a cheerleader and was really well-liked, and my grandma once described her as being "a really sweet girl." She called her manager after the hijacking and relayed information about the attackers and injuries onboard. She also reported seeing water and buildings shortly before the plane crashed. The worst thing about her story is that she wasn't even supposed to be on shift that day. She was covering for a coworker that was sick. She, like my dad, would have turned 60 this year if she were still alive. I hope, wherever she is now, that she's resting easy.

Genuine question and I mean no disrespect. But how did those in the south tower actually see the aircraft penetrating tower one? The airplane hit the opposite side to tower 2. Thought they only saw the back of the explosion or have I misunderstood?

Thank you so much for sharing your stories! I keep learning something from each story told. Often times the smaller details you mention are things that just never occurred to me. One can’t know if one wasn’t there. I can’t even imagine some of these things. The details are important, thank you for preserving history!

Thank you for sharing your story, Guy! You are a very wise person. I wish you would come back and update us on how you’re doing. I very much would like to hear from the company who sent their employees home early that day- and then had them make up the time. WTH WERE YOU THINKING?

Thank you Ann for telling your story. I am grateful to all who told their stories, and to those preserving them. It’s like you said, a mosaic, the picture will never be complete, but it’s important to keep adding to it. Very sorry for all the losses that day and beyond. Best to you and your family!

Thank you so much for telling your story! I’m not connected to anybody in NY, and I live on the other side of the country. I remember 9/11 very well. I have listened to so many survivor stories. It’s like little mosaics that keep adding to the picture, a picture that will never be complete. But story tellers like you, Jeanette, have taught me so much about the human spirit. Stay strong and thrive!

Thank you for your heroism in NYC in September 2001, and for telling your story. I live in Baton Rouge, and that’s where I was in 2005 during Katrina. I want to thank you for your service there as well, because it was a terrible time, and our state needed heroes. 🫶🏻
