How did you get the top part to stay attached to the bottom? The screw isn’t screwing into anything but the metal. I am very confused. Please help.

place the nut in the little slit and tighten the bolt in a bit. then, place the motor (top part) on the poll and finish screwing

Hello I just got mine yesterday and noticed it has a intense rumble/vibration even on the lowest setting. It doesn't sound like it in the video but is this something that has happened with yours also?
